I joined Slalom to develop and lead our East Regional Creative team and lay the foundation of our brand awareness and its rebrand. On day one, I was tasked with developing our regional creative team, creative asset library, and processes for the first time. With my creative industry knowledge, I developed a functional system where our teams could benefit from creative assets and campaigns that converted and delivered ROI to our eleven states. While leading our team, I continuously partnered with peers and stakeholders to develop creative solutions and successful strategic campaigns that excited our industry and company metrics in multiple states.
